The PAN Regional Coordinators (CoRes) are the executive body of PAN International. The CoRes are equal and are representatives of independent, autonomous Regional Centers. The current members are:

Mr. Abou Thiam - PAN Africa
Ms. Carina Weber - PAN Europe
Mr. Javier Souza - PAN Latin America
Ms. Sarojeni Rengam - PAN Asia and the Pacific
Ms. Judy Hatcher - PAN North America

To facilitate a more effective mechanism for decision making and coordinated operations, the CoRes have designated from among themselves a Chair and Vice Chair of the group for a term of one year. The post of the Chair and Vice-Chair will rotate through the Regional Coordinators on an annual basis. For 2012-2013:
